Wow, Fantastic Sleep
I get fantastic deep and restful sleep after taking this! I didn't even realize that it did not contain Melatonin the first time I took this and I slept great without it, a first for me in years. On top of sleeping great, I wake up early and enthusiastic about my day when I take this. It packs all the "happy" hormone producers into one supplement and it really works.
I love that this has antioxidents, B vitamins, Magnesium, Chromium, and lots more to assist with energy production and general well being. It has passionflower, gaba, and 5-HTP, all of which help with sleep and recuperation. It also contains ashwaghanda for stress management which I really like, but I don't find that this has the side affects that often come with that supplement, such as weird and vivid dreaming. I am so pleased with how great this makes me feel! I love it and would recommend it!

Oh my take at night and sleep away.
I take this at night every so often when I know I've had an overstimulating day. Be prepared you will sleep and you will dream. This has been a sure bet for me and a supplement I plan to reorder. You get so much in one capsule in one supplement that it just helps with the baskets and countertops overflowing with supplements. I keep this one in my nightstand along with a hemp-based relaxer. I am not a fan of melatonin.

Sometimes I have problems sleeping due to anxiety. Instead of relying on prescription medicine I would like to have a natural alternative. I ordered this because it has a combination of supplements that are known to reduce anxiety - ashwagandha, gaba, Passion flower, and loads of vitamins.
